By using this site, the client expresses his agreement and accepts the terms and conditions below. Please read them carefully. MobileCy has the right to change these previsions without any previous notification. Any modification become valid at the moment of its publication on the site www.mobilecy.com.

1. Personal data security
The client agrees to complete the registration form, previous to the delivery of services or products offered through this site. The information offered at the registration must be correct and real. The registered account becomes valid only through an e-mail sent at the address offered by the client; this is another reason for the data to be correct and according to reality. In order to correct or actualize any information offered by the client, please contact Customer Service, at the number: +357 70000172.
The client will answer by accessing the account and using the personal password for all the actions implied by its usage. MobileCy cannot be responsible for their unauthorized use and resulted from the user's neglect with respect to the security and confidentiality of his account and password.
The personal data of the client can be used by MobileCy to confirm the orders, to make information through e-mail, through written messages (SMS), by post or by any communication means. The clients will be announced of the modifications of the products and/or promotions. The personal data of the client may be transmitted to the authorities in order to verify the trade transactions, or to other authorities of right, for justified verifications.
The data of the client are strictly confidential. MobileCy is obliged to use them strictly for a good performance of the business relationship between the client and MobileCy, and not to offer these data to third persons. MobileCy is obliged to respect the client's rights specified by the Law 677/2001, and to his demand, sent at the address P.O. Box 28735, 2082 Nicosia - Cyprus, to block, erase or transform in anonymous data all the data whose processing is not in agreement to the Law 677/2001 concerning the protection of persons with respect to private data processing and free circulation of these.

Also, it is obliged to cease the processing of your personal data. MobileCy, certifies that it will respect the rights offered by the Law concerning the protection of persons with respect to the personal data processing and the free circulation of these data, of the Law concerning the electronic trade, as well as the Enactment concerning the protection of clients at the conclusion and execution of the contracts at distance, with future modifications. Among these rights one notices (this list is not exhaustive):
a. the right to ask MobileCy to confirm you if it processes or not your personal data, in a gratuity mode, at one request per year ;
b. the right to ask MobileCy to actualize, block or erase freely the offered data whose processing is not in agreement to the Law nr. 677/2001;
c. the right to ask MobileCy to stop freely the processing of personal data;
d the right to ask MobileCy to stop the expedition of promotional messages. Any demand/notification of this kind will be dated, signed and sent by the person registered in the data base, by e-mail at the address: office@mobilecy.com
e. The client has the right to notify by writing to the merchant that he renounces to buy, without penalties
and without invoking any reason, within 10 working days after receiving the product. The product may be returned only if it is in perfect conditions, including the integrity of envelope, i.e. this has to be free of any excessive use or unsealing. The contract denouncement is done only by writing. On the basis of this law, one may return only the products that have not been taken from our headquarters, and have not been delivered by MobileCy to the client. The possible problems of compatibility between the acquired products on this site and those detained by the client or that are to be acquired from other sources are not the object of MobileCy responsibility. After a return, the value returned to the client cannot surpass the product value, and the transportation fees to the client and back to the merchant will be integrally assured by the client.
f. In the case of payments by card, the products on this web site are commercialized through the payment solutions online offered by PayPal In order to eliminate the risk that the client's data be possessed and abusively used by third persons: PayPal terms and conditions. The information concerning data of the bank card (number of the card, expiry date etc.) will not be transferred or stored on the MobileCy servers.
In the case of the system 3D Secure for payment with Visa card or MasterCard
the data of the client's card are introduced directly in the Visa and MasterCard systems, while if the client's card was issued by a certified bank in the 3D Secure system, the authorization of transaction is done only after the authentication of the client in this system - the introduction of a code/secret password, known only by the client, similar to the PIN code at ATM transactions. Any attempt to access data stored/offered in this site, or to modify its content or to affect the performance of the scroll of site www.mobilecy.com, will be considered an attempt of fraud, and will be submitted as a penal case against those who did it.
2. Rights of Author:
All the content of the site www.mobilecy.com - images, texts, graphics, symbols, web graphic elements, scriptures, programs and other data - is the propriety of MobileCy and of its collaborators, being defended by the Law for the protectin of author's rights and by the laws concerning the intellectual and industrial property. The use, without the agreement of MobileCy, of any elements specified above is punished according to the actual laws.
3. The access limit to the site: MobileCy offers to the user a limited access, in personal interest, on this site; it does not offer him the right to discharge or to modify the site partially or integrally, to reproduce partially or integrally the site, to copy, to sell/resell or to exploit the site in any other way, in trade scopes or contrary to the interest of MobileCy, without the previously written agreement of MobileCy
4. Products
The products are offered in the limit of the available stock. MobileCy does not guarantee either explicitly or implicitly, including but not limited to the functioning of this site, the information, content as well as their match for a scope different from the mentioned one. Visitors agree explicitly that the use of the site and products buying is done on their own risk.
MobileCy cannot guarantee the availability of the presented products. MobileCy will inform the user about the product unavailability, and for prepaid amounts, the entire amount will be returned to the client in the shortest time, not later than 30 days, if MobileCy cannot honor the order.
MobileCy reserves the right to modify the technical specifications of the products without any previous notification. The maximum value of the obligations of MobileCy for any client, in the case of missing or inconvenient delivery is the value of the amount taken by MobileCy from this client. The products bought through this site cannot be resold or distributed for trade, other than with the written agreement of MobileCy and MobiLsi World Communications S.R.L. The acquisition price per invoice will be the same as published on the site at the time of acquisition, plus the delivery costs (if applicable).
5. Delivery
MobileCy reserves the right to verify by phone the client's data before processing the order. The delivery will be done within 7 working days from the validation date; at the delivery, one needs the signature for receiving and the check of the package content (in quantity and in quality) in presence of the delivering operator. Any further complaint regarding the absence of some elements in the received package will not be accepted. If the product was not delivered to the client within 14 working days, he can withdraw the order and has the right to receive the prepaid money, if case is.
6. Payment
The payment of the ordered products may be done in advance or at the products' delivery or on line, with the bank card. MobileCy reserves the right to solicit in certain cases the prepayment of the products. The prepay may be done by payment order; the payment proof must be sent to MobileCy at the e-mail address office@mobilecy.com. The delivery will be done only after the reception of money in the account of MobileCy, If the payment is done on line, by a credit card, one needs to fill the form of registration and all the information demanded. If the transaction by card is accepted, you will be contacted by MobileCy to confirm the delivery date.
MobileCy accepts the following credit cards: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard/Eurocard, Maestro, including the virtual cards Visa or MasterCard. Using as a payment method the credit card, your order will be immediately processed. If the prepaid amount is bigger than the value of the ordered products, the difference will be returned to the client. If the prepaid amount is less than the value of the ordered products, the client will have to cover the difference at the time of delivery.
7. Litigations
Any litigation concerning the use of this service will be amicably solved. If the conflict was not solved amicably, the competence is transferred to the Cyprus Court of Justice. As he agrees with these Terms and Conditions, the client totally assumes these risks.
